Access to complimentary 5 black & white printing. Please ask the front desk for instructions.
Phone booth
Access to jump into four phone booths located around the floor on an as-available, as-needed basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep your time in the phone booth to an hour.
Coffee, Tea & Snacks
Daily supply of La Colombe coffee, SerendipiTea, iced coffee, bubbly water, filtered water, oatmeal, cereal. All food and drink are complimentary but there are also snacks available for purchase.
Mail Service
A mailing address is available for $50/month. Please inquire with the community manager.
Kitchen & microwave
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when you're leaving because the refrigerator gets cleared up every night.
Health & Safety
Masks are required in all open spaces regardless of vaccination status. Medical-grade HVAC units are installed with double air filtration and mini air filters in each phone booth and meeting room.
