This is Grind's original location! Grind Park is Grind's first location, built in 2011. Not just a workspace - the world's first unworkspace. It is predominantly open, non-dedicated desks.

Printing
Available printing in sheets in black for $0.10 and $0.35 for color per sheet. Please ask the front desk for instructions.
Coffee & tea
Unlimited Irving Farm coffee and assorted loose leaf teas. If you're feeling adventurous, try making yourself a cup of Chemex or pour over coffee.
Kitchen & microwave
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when you're leaving because the refrigerator gets cleared up Fridays.
Standing desk
Opt in for a healthier day with a standing desk. Just grab a seat at the communal standing desk bar.
Phone booth
Access to jump into any three phone booths for your phone meetings. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under an hour.
Conference room
Book conference room starting at $65/hour. Speak to the community manager to purchase credits.
Bike storage
Ability to store your bike securely in the workspace. Please bring your bike up via the freight elevator located on 29th street.
Whiteboard
There are several whiteboards located in the open work space area for members' use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use/end of work day.
Shredder
Available to use the shredder to remove any confidential documents.
