Gran Merci is located in a former pawnshop on the corner of 24th street and Third avenue, in the historic neighborhoods of Gramercy Park and Flatiron. It offers a unique, traditional environment, mixed with modern coworking vibes.

Gran Merci is a dynamic corner store-front space that could transform and host a variety of events such as: pop-up shop and sample sales, corporate events, film and tv production functions (table readings, castings), workshop venue, live and virtual events and even social gatherings like surprise parties. If you have any ideas or questions - just contact us.
No frills
Gran Merci is a no fills workspace. You're more than welcome to bring in your own beverage and snacks. We just ask you to clean up after yourself before leaving the space for the next person. Sanitation is done between appointments by the workshop manager.
Conference room
The store front space can be booked hourly as a conference venue that can host corporate meetings, team building or meet ups. Conference room can be booked online.
