Housed within what was previously an old tile factory, the space has since been repurposed and renovated from the ground up. Bond Gowanus occupies three floors and over 47,000 square feet. Since its opening in the winter of 2015, the space has held an unmistakable energy, due large in part to its immaculate design features. The surrounding area is a hotbed for production and media authorities, and their space features several in-house assets to aid such efforts. ** A profile picture is required to check in at this space. Masks in the common areas are mandatory. Upon entry, you'll be required to complete a COVID checklist and have your temperature taken. Failure to complete or abide could result in non-entry. Pet friendly
You’re welcome to bring a pet along, but please keep in mind that this is a open workspace and will be required to keep your loved ones on a leash.
Printing
Unlimited access to printing in black and white up to 10 sheets. Please ask the front desk for printing instructions.
Coffee & tea
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
Phone booth
Access to jump into three phone booths located at near the conference rooms. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration within 1/2 hour.
Snacks
Have access to an honor bar with snacks and beverage for purchase as well as a complimentary variety of tap beers, cider, and kombucha that you can choose from.
Production room
Access to dedicated production room & sound booth for additional cost. Please send your inquiries with the community manager.
