Sourcing and coordination
Space for an offsite. Workspace in a new city. Tell us what you need—we'll find the space and coordinate the details, all in the same system your team already uses.
Employees with flexible, in-person workspace access report higher satisfaction than fully remote peers.

FAQ
Everyday workspace is instant and self-service: day passes, meeting rooms, and day offices across 700+ workspaces. Private offices, with longer commitments like 3, 6, and 12 months, run through the same system and can be booked by an admin. Anything else comes to us: a city we are not in yet, space for an offsite, or terms that need negotiating. If you are not sure which kind of request you have, send it to us and we will take it from there.
700+ workspaces across major cities, spanning coworking, conference rooms, and private offices. If your team is somewhere we do not already cover, that becomes a sourcing request rather than a dead end. The fastest way to find out is to tell us the cities your people are in.
Team pricing is based on the number of employees you add to the platform. Workspace usage is billed through the same account, which is what makes a single invoice possible.
Less than the alternative. There are no reimbursements to process and no receipts to chase, because policy is applied when the booking is made rather than reviewed afterwards. You decide how tight that policy is: teams commonly leave everyday booking open within limits and require approval only for longer or higher-cost bookings. The requests that need a person come to us.
No. Instead of contracts with providers in each city, everything runs through one relationship: one contract, one invoice, and one place to see what was booked, by whom, and what it cost.
A stipend hands people a budget and hands you the admin. There is no visibility into what it bought, unused budget is simply lost, and nothing is negotiated on your behalf. Here the access is managed, the usage is visible, and the sourcing is done for you.
Leave your work email and we'll reply to ask which cities your team is in, then come back with what Croissant covers there.
